I live in Surrey with my wife Helen and our 2 kids Joshua and Bonny-Mae. I am very fortunate to have had wonderful opportunities to enjoy all sorts of sport growing up but it wasn’t until I crossed the line at my first triathlon and collapsed on the floor that I realized how much I had hated it but also loved the challenge . It started with short triathlon, a sportive, a few marathons and then I sought more pain inducing challenges and have now completed 12 Ironman events!

I have been very lucky to work in the sports industry for the last 15 years for some fantastic sports brands and have made connections all over the world with retailers, distributors and have many colleagues that are now my friends. The brands ranged from apparel, food & drink & nutrition and helping them grow and shaping their strategies was so fulfilling that now I want to take that experience and help smaller, challenger and start up brands get on the map, sell some product and hopefully have some fun along the way.
